Vacuum casting----Using the vacuum casting machine,we can duplicate small batch of plastic samples by silicone mold with the material of PU.the vacuum casting parts could be soft rubber parts,transparent parts and hard plastic parts like ABS,PP,PA etc.The inner size is 800*600*1000.the tolerace of this technology would be +/-0.15---+/-0.25mm/100mm.as one whole parts,it's advantage is high struture intensity and could reduce the cost for batch of samples evidently. |
